  • Eligible Products: Only new products that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used are eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • In-Person: At The Sullivan Estate, Oahu, Hawaii.

  • By Mail: Shipping details will be provided during the return process.

Currency:
Refunds will be processed in USD and automatically converted into the customer's local currency based on their location.

Restocking Fee:
There is no cost associated with restocking returned items.

Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned product in undamaged condition, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
